About the room

Looking for someone tidy and mature (also preferably male) to fill in the final room in our fully furnished four bedroom flat! Its a 2 story house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. You’ll be staying on the bottom floor in a spacious room that get lots of sunlight. Kitchen appliances, washing machines, utensils are all provided. Note that the flat isn’t a party flat. Rent is 180 p/w (not including electricity + wifi) and the property has no bond just 1st week of rent. The location is conveniently close to the CBD and University of Otago

About the roomies

You’ll be flatting with 3 other people, all first years studying at the University of Otago (18F, 19M, 21F, all filipino). We are open to socialising but also need personal down time.
