Kia ora! We’ve got a room available in a cosy flat located on Dominion Road, Mt Eden. The house is down a long driveway so it’s quiet, but is just a minute from the hustle and bustle of dominion road!

The location is super convenient — there’s a bus stop right at the end of the driveway, and a supermarket and shopping complex just down the road, and more restaurants than you could hope for.

This place would suit someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and has some flatting experience.

The room is just $200 including all bills, plus basic amenities, and bond is $736. The house is furnished, and the room has a bed and a desk.

Move in available this week, and viewings able to be organized during the week. Please message a bit about yourself, when you can do a viewing and when you are looking to move in.

Unfortunately no pets or couples.
