We’re seeking a single flatmate (sorry no couples) for our large first-floor bedroom with double-fitted wardrobe within this modern, fully furnished and townhouse, centrally located in Royal Oak.
The bathroom is shared with one other considerate flatmate.
You will be sharing this flat with 5 other working professionals aged 22-30 yrs. Once you have attended a viewing, we will provide additional information on the flatmates and an opportunity to meet with them.
The shared open plan living includes a large kitchen with plenty of bench space, a dining table & chairs, comfy sofas, coffee table and there is a lovely outdoor deck. You will be sharing with 5 other flatmates all working full time. They enjoy socialising within the flat, however this is not a party flat. They also enjoy getting out and about enjoying what Auckland has to offer. Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful of others.
