$500 bedroom ($575 couple) - large bedroom, ensuite, walk in wardrobe, currently has a queen bed and desk comfortable, room for dressers as well. (Available from July 19th)

$400 - large room, huge wardrobe, shared bathroom - usually set up as an office but can be available for the right person.

Expenses included (power, water, high speed fibre internet).
