my partner and i are looking for a flatmate! $200 per week, plus expenses (around $30). bond is 3 weeks, and move in will be at the start of april.
the bedroom available is 3.4 x 2.4m, can fit a desk and a queen size bed. there’s a wardrobe for storage, and you will be welcome to store things in other areas of the house if needed. photos are not indicative of the furnishings that will be available.
the lawn is fully fenced, and there is a deck out the front.
there will be an off road park available, and the house is a short drive away from the local new world, a pool, two gyms, and takeaway shops.

About the roomies
my name is sam (they/she), i am 23 years old and my partner is tim (he/him), he is 25.
we have a pet rabbit named luna, and a couple of fish! we are tidy, and mostly keep to ourselves. the occasional movie or board game night is certainly most welcome. we are both neurodivergent creatives
i work at a pet store and study full time, and tim is an electrical apprentice. in our spare time we often play video games, watch movies, and i am almost always crocheting
