About the room

My wonderful flatmate got injured and will need to move into a place with no stairs. That means a cosy room in the house will become available from 1st of August 2026 ( ideally long term but at least 6 months will be fine). I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing to join me in this relaxed space in Raglan town. The room comes with built-in wardrobe, lots of light, very comfortable Queen size bed and bedside tables. The house has sunny open-plan living and deck, spacious kitchen, separate laundry room and large shower. Very close to cafes and transport — 3mins walk to town. Rent: $350 pw including expenses (fibre internet, power, gas, water, gardener) for a single person, or $400 pw for a couple. This is a quiet, non-party house — low-key dinners or small friend visits welcome, but no parties or loud gatherings. Ideal for someone who loves peace and respect.
