Sunny spacious furnished room in a large 7 bedroom apartment. 2 bathrooms and showers, Large living and dining area. All Furniture including draws desk, chair .clothes rack and whiteware provided. Free fast wifi. (Really comfortable bed) When you leave give the landlord 3 weeks notice. No requirement to find a replacement tenant. Only expenses are $35 per week for power

All aged in their 20’s or early 30’s. 3 are from overseas such as England ,Ireland and Germany . The rest are kiwis All working. Easy going and socialable but not a party flat
