About the property

Cute but roomy self-contained bedsit studio for rent (short-term only at this time). Fully furnished with: queen-size bed, couch, coffee table, drawers x 2, kitchenette, washing machine, compact bathroom with shower, basin, & toilet, spacious sunny deck. Great views from the deck and all rooms (even the bathroom). Our house is on a hillside, you need to be able to walk up & down steps to access the flat. 5-min bike ride, or 20-minute walk to town centre. Low-waste household - we really appreciate if you can help to minimise what goes in the rubbish bin. Absolutely NON-SMOKING property (indoors & out). No pets please.
