Welcome to our home on Royal Oak Drive, Palmerston North—a large spacious 250sq meter home, warm, relaxed space, with a large backyard and garden.

We’re offering a room for rent within our owner-occupied home, so you can expect a well-cared-for, comfortable space with a genuine sense of home. We value a clean, respectful, and easygoing atmosphere—somewhere you can unwind at the end of the day while still enjoying a bit of connection if you choose.

Your room is a medium sized room At 3.6m x 3.0m with double door wardrobe with shelves. The main bathroom is outside this room with seperate toilet to be shared with one other.

We’re a professional couple (aged 27 and 34) with one child (6), and my sister (25) also lives with us, creating a friendly, family-oriented environment.

We are kind and considerate. Have a few bbqs and lite gatherings with friends and family about every 1-2 months. Nana often comes to stay sporadically during the year and often during school holidays staying in our son’s room.

The kitchen is large with two full sized pantries one of which is currently empty and will provide you with plenty of space for your food.
