Power and high speed Internet included in rent. We have two fully furnished rooms available with large wardrobes. Up for grabs is a smaller room ($200pw) and a larger room (250pw or $300pw for a couple). Larger room is offically available beginning of November but potentially earlier in October.
Our home is located on Royal Oak Drive, Palmerston North—a large spacious 250sq meter home, warm, relaxed space, with a large backyard and garden.
We’re offering a room for rent within our owner-occupied home, so you can expect a well cared for, comfortable space with a genuine sense of home. We value a clean, respectful, and easygoing atmosphere—somewhere you can unwind at the end of the day while still enjoying a bit of connection if you choose.
The kitchen is large with two full sized pantries one of which is currently empty and will provide you with plenty of space for your food.
We are in our late twenties / early 30s. Have a few bbqs and small gatherings with friends occasionally in the summer.
