Kia ora, future flattie! Room available in our new-build townhouse in Mt Wellington—right on the waterfront of the Panmure Basin (beautiful walks and epic sunsets!). A brand-new bridge connects us to Panmure Train Station—just a 15 min walk. We’re also 3 mins’ drive to Sylvia Park, IKEA, and all the supermarkets/takeaways you’ll ever need. Tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac, but close to everything that matters.

• The room Medium-sized with big windows Large wardrobe with plenty of storage Your own bathroom right beside your room. Dedicated carpark by the front door, under shelter. Also, can provide a bed, side table & lamp if needed

• The home New-build townhouse with a large sunny deck—perfect for a chill wine & BBQ Near-new appliances, plus washing machine & dryer. We have a powder room downstairs for guests so that our own bathrooms are private.

The house has heaps of storage: storage cabinet under the stairs + attic space for extra bits & pieces

• Rent & bills $310 per week + bills - Internet is on us - Water & power split 3 ways Move in date preferred to be first week of September

Who you’ll be living with

We’re a couple (both 30), friendly, social, and relaxed. We’re active and into sports (golf, tennis, football, UFC). We love a good yarn over a wine and can happily fire up the BBQ—but this isn’t a party flat.
