Kia ora to potential new flatmates if you are successful for a viewing you will be sharing a 2 story, 8 bedroom home with 6 males and 1 female with her cat. 🐈⬛ Fibre internet, power and cleaning supplies are covered by rent just bring your own bedding, bedroom furniture and cover your own food. The home is situated central to the city. Its a 10 minute walk from the Manawatu ucol campus and 8 minutes out from the Palmerston North plaza.
The flatmates are aged from 19 years old to 31, they’re not a big party flat but don’t mind the occasional drink by the bonfire. They are a mix of single working and unemployed people. Fairly quiet especially when they are first meeting people but they are all quite friendly and understanding.
