so instead of being $325 per week for half a 2 bed with equal sized double rooms ( 2 room $650 pw house) It is only $260pw for the two living here plus expenses

mid sized double bedroom with wardrobe is furnished with a near new queen bed desk and draws Can be unfurnished if desired no problem

can have the ‘in front of garage’ carpark if desired off street

light bright and fully set up house with theatre and small gym, open fully fenced courtyard its a quiet space
