About the room

Great central location, 5 minute walk to the CBD. Just off the top of cuba street, close to shops and the motorway. Nice and warm during the winter. Central Heatpum. House is already mostly furnished, sorry for the old photos. Room can fit a double bed and has a large cupboard. ( Master bedroom is available by negotiation.) House is split across 3 floors. Ideal flat mate would be someone mid 20’s to 30’s (one existing male flat mate the same age). Small outdoor belcony with flower bed for anyone keen on gardening. Must love cats, one small very friendly and chatty cat.

Power and internet are approx $30 a week (depending on usage). Free hour of power every day!
