The house has 2 levels, 2 complete bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dinning room, laundry, beautiful view, BBQ area, swimming pool, nice deck, nice garden, bus stop at 10 meters of the house to CBD, washing and dryer machine. 15 Blocks to Glenfield Mall, We are 3 worker people and my beautiful and friendly dog (border collie). 1 person from Brazil, 1 argentinian boy, and I from Uruguay (South America).
Family enviroment.
I am looking for a worker/student people tidy, clean and friendly persons and pay on time.
The rent for the single room is $225 per week in advance, and $240 for the double room. (bills Included) and $150 for bond.
No drugs, no parties.
Safetly off street parking.
