Seeking long-term flatmate. One weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond. Preferably move in as soon as possible from April 15th.

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in my cosy, warm, 2-bedroom home. Preferably someone positive and friendly but who also likes their own space and is looking for a quiet, chilled place to live.

I have a medium sized room available for rent at $200 per week single occupancy (full rent of $400 split equally between both flatmates). The room has a high quality bed, double wardrobe and overhead storage. The room gets all the afternoon sun. Power and unlimited fibre broadband split equally each month at an estimate of $25-35 per week (changes slightly depending on power bill).

About the house:

• The house is fully furnished, you will only need your own bedroom furniture and bedding
• Located off Main Street close to Memorial Park ,in a quiet street with quiet neighbours
• Walking distance to Terrace End shops
• 5-minute drive to town, 5-minute drive to hospital, 10-minute drive to Massey University
• Lounge gets the morning and afternoon sun, bedrooms get the afternoon sun

• Heat pump
• Not a party house
• No pets (one cat at house already and a single SPCA foster cat/kitten at the house often)
