• Choice between 2 bedrooms. 1 is very sunny, the other 2sqm larger.

• Available from August.

• Utilities +$30 approx, rent includes weekly cleaner.

• Optional bedroom furniture included, kitchen has appliances, I have crockery ect.

• Optional benefits like Costco membership (fuel & cheap bulk food), streaming accounts, shared dry goods if desired, ect. Open to other cats or small pets (ie rats).

• House is down a long driveway in Avondale town center, street parking across the road (100m). 400m walk to Avondale Train Station, 120m walk to city-bound bus stop.

About the roomies

You’ll be moving in with me (25F) & a friend, 30M nursing student. I’ve flatted for years, don’t mind noise, friendly chats, introverts, or room-dwellers. I’m out of the house at uni + work most days. I wind-down with baking, board games, cocktails, and 70s rock. My cat Sydney loves cuddles with anyone & has experience living with other cats!

I am moving into this flat in August.
