You will also have exclusive access to your own living area which is partially furnished with a small table and footstool. There is also a TV aerial point in this extra living area.

Shared bathroom and toilet is separate from bathroom.

All whiteware shared (fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc).

Designated off street carpark. 2 minutes from motorway onramp. 5 minute walk to train station.

Looking for a long term tenant, prefer full time working female flatmate, respectful of others, pays rent on time and of course, loves cats too! Would prefer a professional aged late 30’s-40’s who is friendly, quiet, clean and tidy, and independent.

Rent includes reasonable usage of water, electricity, fibre broadband, Sky entertainment and sport package.

2 weeks bond and 1 weeks rent in advance to move in.

No couples. No pets. No smokers.
