I am the owner of the property. I am a 70 year old semi retired lawyer. I am also an ex policeman of 26 years. I don’t smoke or drink. I rate health and fitness highly. I have three sons in their 30s who live throughout New Zealand and Australia. I am possibly a little conservative, but delight in being controversial at times.
