Offstreet parking can be provided, also garage for storage. Property located near Parkway, local shops and bus stops nearby. $320 per week includes reasonable power use, internet, cleaning products. Ideal flatmate will be someone who’s responsible and tidy, non-smoker and must like cats - we have two of them!
