A larger room ( has a king bed) with a double wardrobe, ranch slider and direct access to the bathroom is coming available mid June or a double room if free now with a comfy king single bed, drawers, oil heater, desk or chair if wanted.. The property is in a quiet street with a bus stop next door. 1 bus to town or Ucol, one transfer to Massey. Supermarket and parks within walking distance. Shared kitchen, comfy open lounge - shared bathroom as well as a separate toilet. House share with 4 of us maximum. I’m the homeowner and work full time and live out by the garage.

We have just had a horticultural intern finish staying hence the spare room. We currently have a biochemistry student from Germany for the next 4 months. He is completing his Masters and enjoys exploring the outdoors. I work with adults with disabilities to coach them in taking steps towards their goals. Work full-time but occasionally from home. I have an area that doesn’t use the lounge when working. We have Oscar the cat who sleeps with me but believes this is good house. You can keep him out of your room by letting your door closed. Looking for another 1 or 2 people who also value a relaxed considerate home environment. We try to offer each quiet from around 10 through to 7 but still use the lounge bathroom kitchen.. Just more quietly.
