We have a fully furnished one bedroom available in 2021 build spacious 4 bedrooms house. You will get a fully furnished room with queen size bed, a study table and chair, closet and a lamp. The house is in a nice newly developed quiet area and is within a 2 min walking distance to bus stop and ~8 min drive to Massey Uni. You will be sharing a modern kitchen, dining and launge area. The house has a nice big yard with a great view.

We are a family of 4 living at the property. We both are working professionals with 2 young school going boys (14yo and 7 yo). Our ideal flatmate would be a student or a working professional.
