Nice furnished room ideal for people that want to settled in Welly in a calm and chilled place! The flat is ideally located in Mount-Cook suburb, in a cul-de-sac that lead to a park with a view on Wellington CBD and Harbour. With all convenience at easy walking distance (bus stop 1 min, dairy 1 min, Woolworth 7 min) and really close to Massey University (5 min). The flat is also fully furnished with 2 different bathroom and 3 different toilets (Smart TV, oven, air-fryer, microwave, dish washer, laundry machine, laundry dryer included!!!). One more room would also be available in the same flat on the 4th of July, feel free to ask for any rooms!!

When I arrived end of July for my French Working Holiday Visa of one year, I first planned to stay only 4 months but the flat, roomies and Welly atmosphere made me stayed for the all lenghth of my Visa!!! Now it’s time to go back home and leave that amazing city, and also Simone and Laeticia (aka Tish) both incredibly lovely flatmates really respectfull and nice! The perfect fit would be, someone late 20’ early 30’ but someone respectfull, clean and tidy but also open-minded and interested into sharing moments with those nice women both early 30’! If you think you’ll be a good match, just ask to set a meet at the flat to meet your next flatmates!!!
