Centrally located within 10minute walk to NMIT, hospital and CDB, we are interested in someone joining our home who is independent, respectful, mature, and knows how to clean up after themselves. We have a great outlook, garden, fire, heat pump and transfer system, fruit trees and vege garden. $250.00 per week includes unlimited fast Wi-Fi, reasonable use of power, weekly cleaner and water. You’ll need to provide your own food, incidentals, etc. 1 week bond and 1 week rent in advance upon moving in.
