I’ll be going away from the ~1. July till the 31 July and am looking for somebody to sublet my room to. The house is on Beachville Crescent. Easy 10 minute walk into town. Sunny side of the valley with a fireplace to keep things toasty in the winter. Open plan kitchen/dining and a large deck area with views over the sea. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The room has a queen sized bed, two bedside tables, dressing table and a built-in wardrobe. There is currently a small desk but this can be moved out if you would like more space. The rent is $230 per week and includes power, water, gas, and internet.

Current flatmates are Ana and Shailey, bot late 20s, female, PhD student. There is also Baxter the cat (15 years old, male, professional napper). Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Idealy we are looking for a flatmate of similar age (late 20’s/30’s) who is keen of sharing a home, at least for a little while.
