Sunny, cosy home with incredible views in Toi Toi

Kia ora, my beautiful 5 year old daughter and I are looking for someone lovely to share our home in vibrant Toi Toi with.

Our whare has three bedrooms, lush garden including vege plot, a sunny deck and amazing views of the Grampians - the sunrise is stunning from our spot.

I share custody 50/50 and am currently studying Creative Arts Therapy. We also have a lovely 8 month old puppy named Tui, who is a heeler cross.

I love the outdoors, my friends, animals (I was a vet nurse for many years) and music. I am social but home is a sanctuary so I am seeking someone who likes to keep it chilled at home. I do love to have friends and their kids over sometimes, but no wild parties.

I am house proud, so seeking someone who also like things to be left clean and tidy. Love to share the odd meal every now and then but no worries if you’d rather not :-)

You will be in full-time work, a great communicator who loves a laugh and being around little people. Extra points if you’re up for heading to the sauna, an exhibition or a gig every now and then.

The room is furnished, with a queen bed, small dresser, desk with chair and some storage with a shallow inbuilt wardrobe.

Rent is 230 per week plus one third of the power bill, monthly. Other bills such as water, internet etc included.

Food not included.

Room is available from May 23.
