Five minutes’ walk to the waterfront and public transport, and a 5-minute drive to the CBD (25-minute walk). Furnished bedroom, TV, heater, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and small appliances. Board includes power and internet.

Room only available for short term, 2-4 months (maybe longer).

Separate external entrance with internal stairway to the main house and bathroom (shared with female owner). Off street parking. Views of Tasman Bay.
