Access through ranch slider into room containing kitchen to right with hotplate, microwave, small fridge, pots, cutlery, plates etc. 2 seater couch, TV, small table & 2 chairs, queen bed in same room. Bathroom has toilet, small vanity & large shower. Hot water is gas califont. Electrity for all other appliances. It is on a main road with bus stop outside and train system accessible. Rural outlook from back of section. 2km from main Pukekohe shopping centre & local dairy 300 metres. Good sport facilities are in Pukekohe & 4 golf courses are in half hour or less drives.

We are retired couple who have lived in Paerata community over 50 years. The tiny home that has only been used by friends and family visitors. Ideal for single working occupant.
