Rent is $208.75/week, plus $13.75/ week for internet and flat expenses (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc). Power is split equally at the end of the month. The room comes unfurnished.

The flat has a washing machine, dryer, and a small dishwasher. There’s also a nice backyard with garden boxes if you’re into gardening!

You’ll be living with three of us – two guys (26 & 29) and a girl (27). We’re social and friendly, but also enjoy our own space. We’re very chill, and occasionally enjoy a few drinks and games with friends.
