About the room

The room is situated in the heart of Avondale the room is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe. Close to shops cafes lynn mall bus routes Pak n save close to all amenities. You have a car park also that comes with room at no extra cost. The room is furnished it has two single beds however I can remove one bed if that’s preferred to make more room to fit a study desk or your own furnishings like a t.v and things. The room is quite large with a view as my apartment is on the 5th floor.
