About the room
This is one flat with 4 bedrooms and I’m currently looking for someone to replace me as a tenant due to personal circumstances. The rent for each person will be $115/wk so it’s incredibly cheap and a fantastic flat to live in. The flat is warm and the rooms are decently sized (can definitely fit a double bed with room to spare). Its located on Ferguson Street so it’s perfect as the Plaza is near as well as supermarkets and food places. This flat is really great and if anyone is interested feel free to contact me. About the roomies
I am currently a 2nd year student at UCOL. Although the other 2 flatmates may find tenant replacements as well (TBD) they are extremely sweet people (all aged 20-21) with one girl and one guy. We are all pretty introverted but are always down for a drink or even just hanging out in the lounge together.
