Can potentially come furnished as flatmates is moving overseas.

If you like gardening there’s plenty of space dig and make a garden on the back lawn, loads of birds about, and a comfortable quiet space with chill flatmates. Plenty of wall space to put up artwork too if that’s your jam.

Kitchen, Lounge, laundry, office, bathroom with seperate toilet and master bedroom on lower level, with 2 rooms and another bathroom/ toilet upstairs (where the room for rent is).

We have everything you need, just bring your bedroom furniture.

Move in costs - 4 weeks bond and 1 week in advance.

Bills are an additional $30 a week including power, fibre internet, house supplies, lawns and water.
