Heats well, double-glazed bedroom windows, off-street parking, and a double garage (used for storage). Fully shared kitchen, lounge, outdoor area, garden, and laundry. The landlords maintain the garden and are genuinely great. A third bedroom is kept as a spare/shared space for occasional guests. House is located in Bishopdale. 2 minutes from the hospital. Private tenancy (we are the primary tenants). Fixed term or periodic available. Utilities not included. Pets may be welcome, with discussion with the landlords.

We’re a settled couple (late 20s / mid 30s). One of us works from home and the other at the hospital. The house has a calm, relaxed vibe and we keep it clean without being precious about it. Life is reasonably busy between work and staying active, with weekends sometimes spent hiking or kayaking.
