3-bedroom home with great sun all day, year-round. Heats well, double-glazed bedroom windows, off-street parking, and a double garage (used for storage). Fully shared kitchen, lounge, outdoor area, garden, and laundry. The landlords maintain the garden and are genuinely great. A third bedroom is kept as a spare/shared space for occasional guests. House is located in Bishopdale. 2 minutes from the hospital. The room is unfurnished and the cat will move with previous flatmate and the house will be throughly cleaned for anyone with cat allergies! Private tenancy (we are the primary tenants). Fixed term or periodic available. Utilities not included.

We’re a settled couple (late 20s / mid 30s) The house has a calm, relaxed vibe and we keep it clean without being precious about it. Life is reasonably busy between work and staying active, with weekends sometimes spent hiking or kayaking.
