Good sized room with queen bed, plenty of storage and afternoon sun. Privacy is respected by all except the resident cat who doesn’t think twice about entering the space if the door is open. Good wifi access through the house. Shared bathroom and living areas. Warm, cosy and well lived-in home with great outlook. Cleaning is shared by all who live there so it’s not an exact science but shared responsibility. Home is in a quiet area with off street parking available, close to bus stops and short distance to hospital.

We are a quiet couple with a teenage boy in last year of school who is seen on occasion when he’s not busy with his outside activities and schoolwork.
We are non-smokers, occasional drinkers and hard out motorcycle enthusiasts.
We keep active with running and mountain biking. Our expectation of anyone coming to share our home would be that they have a well-rounded sense of humour and know how to use it. And of course, a tolerance or better yet good understanding and appreciation of a spoiled cat would be an advantage.
