I’m moving out of my room in a great flat in Hataitai and am helping find someone to take over the room from 7 June.
The room comes furnished with a bed and has its own private ensuite bathroom.
The flat is fully furnished with all the essentials for cooking and day-to-day living, and there is plenty of free on-street parking available.
Located in a great spot in Hataitai with easy access to the CBD, public transport, local shops, and everything else Wellington has to offer.

You’ll be living with three male flatmates aged between 22 and 35. They’re all working professionals who enjoy a quiet and relaxed flat environment, but are always keen for a yarn and a laugh after work.
The flatmates are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, easy-going, and happy to contribute to a positive flat atmosphere. Open to anyone who thinks they’d be a good fit.
