I’m moving out of my room in a great flat in Hataitai and am wanting to find a lucky someone to take over the room from 7th of June.
Rent is $320 per week and includes power, WiFi, and all household expenses.
The room comes furnished with a bed and has its own private ensuite bathroom.
The flat is fully furnished with all the essentials for cooking and day-to-day living, and there is plenty of free on-street parking available.
Located in a great spot in Hataitai with easy access to the CBD, public transport, local shops, and everything else Wellington has to offer.

They are all working professionals who enjoy a quiet and relaxed flat environment, but are always keen for a yarn and laugh after work.
