The Room & Facilities:

Fully Furnished: Includes a bed, desk, and wardrobe. We take pride in our home and expect the tenant to respect and take good care of all furniture provided.

Bathroom: Shared with a friendly young couple.

Must Love Dogs: We have a 7-month-old Labrador cross (Boy) named Cookie. He is very friendly and loves interaction. Applicants must be genuine dog lovers and NOT allergic to dog fur.

For the dog’s safety and your privacy, please ensure your bedroom door is always closed when you are out to prevent Cookie from entering.

Hygiene & House Rules:

1. Please cleanup immediately after toilet and kitchen, we do not make a mess and hoping the same from you

2. Strictly NO shoes or items with heavy mud/dirt are allowed in the washing machine.

3. No smoking/vaping, no parties, and no overnight guests.

Bond: 4 weeks rent

We currently have two people living in here, one is a full time work professional , one is still looking for a job so will spend most of the time at home, and we have a cute less than one year old dog. We’re looking to keep the house comfortable, tidy, and easygoing for everyone, with a friendly atmosphere and a good balance between social time and privacy
