Very large furnished room in a warm and comfortable home. There is the family bathroom near this bedroom but that is mostly only accessed by the owner for the laundry and the occasional bath. The property is on a back section so away from street noise. Lyall bay is a popular suburb with cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and great access to the city and airport.

About the roomies

I am a woman in my early 60’s. I live between Wellington and Tora. Often my new roomie will have the house to themselves. I work part time in relief work and I am not usually here in the school holidays.
