We are 4 full-time working females living in a 5-bedroom house and looking for a female flatmate to sublet a room while I visit family in Europe.

Available : approx. 19 June – 6 September 2026 Move-in/out dates are flexible, and a shorter stay is also possible.

Rent: $210/week — includes reasonable use of water, gas, electricity, and internet. Bond: 2 weeks rent

The room is fully furnished, so just bring your duvet. The bathroom is shared with one other girl. You’re welcome to use all kitchen appliances, shared areas and the washing machine — just treat them with respect.

We are all in our 20s, tidy, and keep the house clean. We’re looking for someone who pulls their weight with cleaning tasks. We love to socialise and often share meals together.

The house has good parking and is close to the town centre and shops.
