This is a self contained small unit downstairs of our house. It contains a queen bed, small kitchenette area and own bathroom. Also has basics kettle toaster, hot plate, microwave etc and utensils. Laundry facilities are shared. Parking is on street. Important: the property is at the bottom of a steep driveway. It’s unsuitable for elderly, disabled and young children. Happy to answer any questions.
We are a busy family with young children so it will be noisy. Mostly in the evenings and weekend afternoons But kids are asleep about 8pm, and we work and go to school so home from about 3.30pm. We are respectful of your space. Please note the issues raised about access and suitability.
