The room comes fully furnished with a queen bed, desk chair, heater, wardrobe with hangers, and bedding can also be included if needed. Rent is 230pw including bills and household expenses. You only need to provide your own food and toiletries.

Me and my partner own the home and are looking for a boarder for the spare room. We are both in our 30s, I work i hospitality, while my partner works in 3D design. We also have three cats so won’t be able to have any more pets. We are ideally looking for someone who is around our age 20s 30s and must be working full time or studing full time.
