Three bedrooms, One bathroom and a separate toilet. Lots of sun throughout the day. Big backyard with a seating area and a BBQ. Two heat pumps, one in the lounge and one in the hallway. The flooring is a mixture of carpet and lino. Two rooms available for rent, both with wardrobes. There is a lovely new kitten called Willow that I have adopted. Thee house is a 5min walk to Mosgiel’s main st. Close to pool, gyms, supermarket and the new NPD fuel station. Rent is $200 for the smaller room and $210 for the larger+1/3 of the power and internet bill.

It is just me by myself. I am a 27yo male currently working at the airport. I’d say I’m a pretty easy going and tidy person.
