Hi I bring positive, courteous and respectful manners at all times to a shared household. I do enjoy being clean and tidy. I enjoy practicing guitar (acoustic 😁) working on electronics,drones and computers at home,very little gaming. proactively working my way towards rehabilitation from shoulder surgery,through exercise and nutrition, Cooking is something I enjoy also. I’m not on winz but on ACC compensation scheme for three years now, I may be having surgery soon, finding out tomorrow. But my income is stable and will provide bond and advance? I vape nicotine and smoke marijuana but have had no issues whatsoever with being honest and built on respect for property,houses and other people,smells, pets noses etc if landlord accepts me that is. Plenty of great references and background checks encouraged. I rollerblade for exercise regularly & love good food and living but not too stressed about much other than being a good father figure for my 2.5y old boy Kohen and his mother, we arent together anymore hence the rental/boarder application but still have them both a part of my life, graciously.
