I’m on the hunt for another person to move into the second bedroom in my new apartment.

Conveniently located just a short walk from Albany Bus Station and less than 5 minute walk from Albany Mall.

The room is unfurnished and comes with your own private bathroom located directly outside the bedroom (essentially an ensuite).

I have just moved in so furnishing is a work in progress.

Great spot for someone who wants a clean, relaxed place to call home with everything close by.

Looking for the right flatmate to share with a guy in his twenties.

$290 per week rent, plus internet, power and water split between two.
