The home is clean, quiet, and has a relaxed atmosphere. The odd loopy around the shops lol but its something to keep you entertained at times. You’ll have full access to the house, with shed being private and not available for use.

There is a VERY friendly outdoor cat named C’C, who loves people and will often try to come inside. He isn’t allowed indoors, so you’ll need to be happy helping keep him outside. Hes also very cunning, and only meows if he knows you will feed him if he harassed you long enough lol

Unfurnished room: $260 per week Furnished room: $300 per week (double bed and draw)

Im 33. Female. Study full time at home. Bit of a home body but chill and not in your face. Im either studying, watching Netflix or some random thing on TV (dont worry, ill hand over the TV at any point in time for an excuse to get off it) or cooking, building or fixing something, painting or just existing. Currently its just me and the cat. Eventually will fill another room in future
