there is a weekly house cleaning roster, shared amongst the people in the house. On top of this, it is expected you clean up after yourself

You will have your own room (will come with your choice of a double or queen bed and bedding if you wish - currently has a queen bed in place, or these can be removed and sold), reasonable use of power included in the price and wifi, our home is a warm 3 bedroom/1bathroom home. New kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom and laundry combined. Tinted double glazed windows, with excellent quality curtains (Blackout and thermal). Lounge/kitchen opens out to a back deck for entertainment. Large back yard, with plenty of off-street parking. No garage though, so unable to store anything at the property.

Close to the subdivision, town, airport. Elgin shopping centre and beaches around the corner.

I’m 30 y/o female. I currently work full-time in amongst the community as a health professional. I’m pretty laid back, and easy to get along with. I like to keep the common areas clean and tidy, so someone who is also like this will be ideal! There is also a 21 y/o male living in the second bedroom, he’s also pretty laid back and easy to get a long with. He’s completing his engineering apprenticeship and works full-time. We both do our own thing, but respect each others privacy. Like to have a catch up every now and then We are both non-smokers/non-vapers, hes a non-drinker and i very rarely drink. Not into parties and we like to have quiet nights in. Someone with a similar lifestyle will suit fine :)

Happy for seasonal workers, short- and long-term stays. House proud person is important.
