The house is spacious, light and airy, and situated in the growing Huapai area. It’s close to the beautiful West Coast beaches and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and other amenities nearby. The area still has a lovely community feel, with friendly people, while being within easy reach of Auckland CBD. There’s also a bus stop right at the end of the driveway, making public transport easy and convenient if needed. I would prefer having female flatmates, but will consider couples.
The current weekly prices are all inclusive of utilities:
Large single room: $220 per week
Double room: $245 per week
Master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe: $295 per week
For a couple: Master bedroom + large single room, with use of the lounge and shared areas: $505 per week
The house is really ideal for people to have their own privacy and have a choice of one or two rooms. One for a lounge. I would love to just share the house with one other and go halves in everything. You would have your private space and the shared kitchen, dining room, and laundry. I would be downstairs with bedroom shared bathroom and a lounge. I’d love to share that with you sometimes for community times.
