I have a huge room available in rural Waihi, with enough space for a bedroom & lounge area. The room has plenty of built-in storage and desk space, large windows with curtains, and heaps of natural light. The property also boasts sea views, is quiet & tranquil but only a 10 minute drive into town. You also have your own bathroom with toilet/shower/bath/basin, & private access through a ranchslider next to the room. Plenty of parking available.

Internet, power & water is included in the weekly amount.

Ideally looking for a clean, respectful and reliable person who works full time, who is easy-going and will treat the place with care.

I am 39 years old & a full time working professional. I have shared custody of my 8 year old daughter who is here 50/50. I also have 2 cats who are house trained & spend their time outside. I do have a few friends & family that come to visit in summer. I’m easygoing, love music & cooking, a few weekend drinks, I keep a clean home & I love to be out in the garden in my free time.
