Double room unfurnished in Waihi Beach. New build. Warm, quiet and secure. Sharing with one other and small friendly dog. Has own bathroom, shared shower. Free power weekends. Comes with fibre wifi and bills are shared. Parking in complex. Security cameras outside. Heatpump and washer/dryer.

39 year old female, small dog. Easy going and chill. Works from home some of the time, so ideally you dont.

Great for anyone working at the mine as it is not far away, while still being located at the beach. Good access to village and beach only a couple mins away.
