It’s a 2-bedroom house at the top end of Neplusultra St, with a beautiful outdoor area. The room comes semi-furnished with a bed and bedside table, and has one off road car park for the flatmate.

Couples and dogs welcome!

The front door has a dog door that can fit dogs up to 30kg.

Rent:

$250/week — single person

$275/week — single person + dog

$350/week — couple

Plus bills: power, water and firewood. Bond is 2 weeks rent

I’m 24, male and work full-time. I also usually go to the gym most nights after work, so I’m pretty easy-going and keep busy.
